Environmental Responsibility & Sustainable Demolition
Demolition inevitably generates waste, dust, and noise. This page describes what we actually do on site to manage that impact — not a formal sustainability report, but a factual account of our standing environmental practice under ISO 14001.
Material segregation and recycling
Steel, concrete, and other recoverable materials are segregated on site rather than sent to general waste — recovered steel goes to licensed scrap buyers, and crushed concrete is processed for reuse as aggregate or backfill where the receiving facility accepts it.
Approved disposal only
Debris that isn't recovered or recycled is hauled to municipality-approved tipping and disposal sites — never dumped informally — with waste routing documented as part of standard project records.
Dust suppression
Active dust suppression measures — water misting and controlled demolition sequencing — are standard practice on our sites, both as an HSE requirement and to limit airborne particulate impact on neighbouring properties.
Noise mitigation
Work scheduling, equipment selection, and site hoarding are planned to limit noise impact on surrounding properties, in line with the working-hour and community-impact conditions attached to our demolition permits.
ISO 14001 environmental management
Our environmental practices operate under ISO 14001 certification, giving an independently assessed framework for how we plan and manage the environmental impact of demolition works.
