Full Demolition of Pavilion
The ICD Pavilion Demolition project required a tightly coordinated approach. Working in a expo 2020 environment in the UAE meant aligning with municipal permits, programmed road closures, and strict noise / dust limits while protecting the surrounding infrastructure and live operations.
USF Demolition Works deployed an experienced supervision team, certified plant operators, and a HSE-led method statement specific to ICD Pavilion Demolition. Mechanical means were combined with selective hand demolition where needed. Daily progress reports were issued to ALEC Engineering and Contracting to maintain full transparency. All waste was segregated on site, with steel, aggregate, and recyclables routed to approved recycling facilities — supporting the UAE's circular construction goals.
The works were completed safely with zero lost-time incidents and the site handed over clean and ready for the next package.
